The success and final effectiveness of a project come from a direct and constant technical dialogue with the customer. Customer’s project becomes our project. The study of the project environment conditions, the logics of material flow, the correct lay-out and details configuration, available room conditions, and many other elements and their final detailed definition are the main passages for the successful definition and realization of a project. The philosophy of approach to the definition of offers and realization of equipment cannot be separated from the constant and continuous relationship with the customer. The result of a production cannot be joint without a planning which considers all the individual and specific customer’s circumstances.
